WITHIN THE FESTIVAL SUMMER IN OBZOR WILL BE HELD AN INTERNATIONAL PLENAR, WHICH WILL BE CONDUCTED UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF BULGARIAN AND RUSSIAN EXPERTS AND SPECIALISTS
For participants in the category "Fine Arts":
At the exhibition of fine arts (participation is not required) are to be presented two finished paintings of maximum size of 50/70 cm, with a passport, where are specified the full names of the child, age, leader, city, state, educational institution. The works of artists shall be presented to the organizers on the arrival day. At the plenar (competition) are drawn up to three works with a maximum size of 50/70 cm (without limitation of the working materials for drawing). The topic shall be announced at the opening of the competition. The drawings are signed by the child’s three names, age, city, state, leader and all are transferred to the Municipal Children's Complex. Each participant draws with his own materials. The award-winning drawings remain in the fund of the festival.
PLENAR PROGRAM
Day 1. Acquaintance Evening, discotheque
Day 2. Independent work. Aim: Acquaintance with the level and abilities of each participant. Landscape Composition. Introduction.
Day 3. Different ways to picture the natural landscape.
Day 4. Excursion to Nesebar. Methods of rapid drawing of landscapes and fragments of the natural landscape, graphical tools.
Day 5. Methods for rapid drawing of landscape with pictorial tools. Sketches (at the participant’s will: watercolors, gouache, oil, acrylic paints).
Day 6. Methods for drawing the sea, the sky and various individual elements of the natural landscape.
Day 7. Excursion to Varna and Balchik. Methods for drawing of different states of the day and weather.
Day 8. Drawing pictures of the ancient architecture in the landscape with the departure of Nesebar
Day 9, 10, 11. Individual work with members of the plenar in order to help identify creative characteristics and propensities for further development of young artists.
Day 12. Hiking in the mountains.
Day 13 Farewell evening. Discotheque. Awarding diplomas and souvenirs.
Day 14. Departure
Separately, participants are invited to classes on decorative and applied arts, based on folk-art crafts of Russia and Bulgaria. The classes will be held by Bulgarian and Russian specialists.
The program for the decorative and applied arts:
Day 1. Acquaintance Evening, discotheque
Day 2. Traditional Folk faceless doll - zakrutka.
Day 3. Pictures or small panels of sand.
Day 4. Excursion to Nessebar. Batik or free painting on fabric (clothes elements: kerchiefs T-shirts, bandana, skirts, jeans).
Day 5. Pictures on dried plants with silk threads.
Day 6. Panels or accessories from beads
Day 7. Excursion to Varna and Balchik. Patchwork.
Day 8. Working with shells or clay
Day 9. Embroidery (gold embroidery), etc.
Day 10. Weaving (from dried grass). Stands for cups, table napkins.
Day 11. Weaving of the threads on the hips (waist)
Day 12. Hiking in the mountains.
Day 13. Farewell evening. Discotheque. Awarding diplomas and souvenirs.
Day 14. Departure
The classes do not require any special equipment and are designed either for children with specific training or without (the load during a lesson can complicate or vice versa, without changing the subject). All works are made from materials of the teacher and are given to the author after the workmanship.
