GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE FESTIVAL
Attracting the attention of the government, international, commercial and public organizations to the problems of creative groups and performers, conservation, development and presentation of multi-cultural traditions of Russia and foreign countries. The performance and comprehensive support of the most talented and promising children and youth in the arts. International exchange of experience between the teams, managers and educators, support of creative contacts between them, their union in the festival movement; Festival concerts will be held in the Bulgarian city of Varna, Obzor, Nessebar (a unique monument of the ancient Bulgarian architecture, protected by UNESCO). Within the festival shall be held competitions of soloists, creative meetings, master - classes, the fair song of Phonograms, excursions to Nesebar, Varna and Balchik and its suburbs. Awarding Ceremony and Gala concert of the festival.

IV. COMPETITION FOR YOUNG COMPOSERS AND BARDS
Objective: To get acquainted with new trends and directions in art, the identification of new talented composers, poets and promote their creativity.

VI. Within the festival will be held a PLENAR, which will unite Bulgarian and Russian experts.
VII. Classes on decorative and applied arts, based on folk-art crafts of Russia and Bulgaria. The classes will be held by Bulgarian and Russian specialists.
The program of the festival, Plenar and occupation on the decorative and applied arts - will be sent at request.
FOR THE CONTEST "MISS AND MISTER FESTIVAL" AND "MINI MISS AND MINI MISTER FESTIVAL"
THE PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE:
- National costume of their state, styled allowed
- For the nomination "Miss" and "Mini Miss" - one-piece bathing suit (not permitted separate and open bathing suit), hat and other accessories. For the participants, Mister and Mini Mister - youth sports costume.
- Suit, style "Avangard" (costumes made from unconventional materials).
- Evening formal suit for boys and ball gown (hooped) for girls - for the finals of "Ball" and "Rewarding”.
- Shoes and clothing for rehearsals
Suits and dresses for the performances are made by the participants or their parents. For each costume is necessarily chosen matching footwear for the fashion shows. The contest participants are required to arrive 2-3 days before the festival for rehearsals.

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
Participants in all nominations may perform a contest work of art with live musical accompaniment, or have MD, CD or audio cassette records (with good quality).
THE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM: each participant of the festival presents a performance with a total duration up to 7 minutes.
PARTICIPANTS are awarded with diplomas and souvenirs, confirming their participation in the International Festival.
Accommodation in mini-hotels, **, ***, with facilities in the room, in the resort area. Possible additional excursion program, meeting at the railway stations and airports.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
Registration fee: euro per person. The registration fee includes the participation in the festival, 7 day, 14 day, 21 day, 28 day stay in mini-hotels and private hotels with private facilities in the room, in a resort area, transfer, 3 meals a day. As extras will be offered excursions, discotheques and children's animation (entertainment programs). The company provides assistance in processing visas, buying tickets for the train, plane and bus for organized groups; the offer for each 15 persons +1 free is valid.
PRICES FOR ADDULTS AND KIDS:
- June - September: 7 days - 150 Euro/ 10 days - 200 Euro/ 14 days - 255 Euro/ 21 days - 370 Euro/ 28 days - 485 Euro.
- Jule - August: 7 days - 160 Euro/ 10 days - 210 Euro/ 14 days - 270 Euro/ 21 days - 390 Euro/ 28 days - 510 Euro.
FOR A PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL should be sent:
An application of a band (soloist) until 19 June,
The application should contain:
- Full name of the group (soloist)
- Nomination
- The organization which hosts the team, its postal address (with zip code), phone / fax
- The number of participants and their age, a list of passport data
- Competition Program: title, author, duration, records media, technical equipment.
